I was excited about the product and thought it would be everything I was looking for, but after installing I get an error message that I have already sent in along with the event log that was generated in Windows Vista when the error occured. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, even tried to install it on to my other computer that has Windows XP. Only to find the program wouldn't run on it either after install. I am really disappointed and am at a loss on just what to do next, Save contacting my credit card company for a charge back to my account for defective product. I hope that it will not be necessary and the problem will be made right. I have searched for an earlier version not a demo thinking perhaps that would solve the issues I'm having to no avail. The free program worked well which lead me to purchase the full program, needless to say I am frustrated and hope that I hear something soon,
