I have had problems with the new flash album deluxe 1.5 I am using windows XP and when downloaded and installed it. I used the registration key which I got for 1.3 and then it says it registered succesfully but when starting it crashes and gives me a message saying that it could not start and sorry for the inconvinience. I am not sure why this is happening. All I wanted was a newer version of the album.
I have the same problem I got the flashmixer registration first by mistake, then the registration for album 1,5. This WILL NOT RUN on my WinXP. Immediately an error message and option to report to Microsoft comes up and the program will not run. I had a previous much older version which used to run but that was deleted a long time ago....
I too am having problems. Just purchased and downloaded the latest version (1.7 or 1.8) and it crashes when trying to run the program. The following error message is displayed:
FLIPFlashAlbumDeluxe.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the application.
It does the same when I tried installing and running on my laptop. Both my main PC and laptop run on Windows XP Pro.
